Attorney Christina Harris Schwinn to present The Knowledge Group webcast on August 29
Christina Harris Schwinn will provide an update on employment law on Monday, August 29 during a live webcast entitled “HR Modernization: A Priority for Companies of All Sizes,” presented by The Knowledge Group. The webcast will take place noon to 2 p.m. EST at www.TheKnowledgeGroup.org.
The two-hour live webcast will feature a panel discussion reviewing current key human resources modernization trends and issues to help the audience understand the advantages, applicability and disadvantages of the adoption of new human resources policies. Schwinn’s discussion will highlight Ban the Box laws, explaining why the initiative is gaining momentum across the country and who it benefits, and will share Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidance on using arrest and conviction records.
