At The News-Press Market Watch 2012, industry experts will present an all-inclusive overview and forecast of the local real estate market complete with 2011 statistics to answer many of the continuing questions about the present and future of the Southwest Florida real estate market.

The event will take place Feb. 23 at the Harborside Event Center in the Fort Myers River District. It will begin with networking at 4:30 p.m., followed by the presentations from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. This year’s presenters are Denny Grimes, president of Denny Grimes & Company at Royal Shell Real Estate, Stan Stouder, a founding partner of CRE Consultants and Randy Thibaut, owner and founder of Land Solutions Inc. and co-founder of Builders Care.
