This seminar is designed to give current or future board members, CAMs and realtors a detailed overview of the Fair Housing/ADA Law, its regulations, and statutes. At this seminar, attendees will learn about fair housing concepts, protected classes, liability for actions of others, reasonable accommodations and modifications, and other key requirements.
