Susan Galbraith

Firm Administrator

Susan Galbraith joined the Pavese Law Firm bringing more than 46 years of experience. Prior to joining Pavese Law Firm, Galbraith was the firm administrator for another local law firm where she managed the employees, facilities, technology management and human resources matters. Throughout Galbraith’s extensive career, she has served in prominent roles for high-profile law firms, as well as a commercial real estate brokerage company in the Fort Myers area. Her previous titles have included Chief Operating Officer, Support Services Manager, IT Director, and Firm Administrator.

Galbraith has completed paralegal training courses through Edison State College, along with specialized computer and information technology courses to bring significant knowledge and improvements to the business operations for the companies she has served. While her interests include cooking, entertaining and gardening, Galbraith having been a life-long resident, also has a strong connection with the community. She has held a number of officer positions with the Lee County Legal Secretaries Association, fulfilled a Chair role with the Continuing Education Committee of the Florida Association of Legal Secretaries, volunteers with the Lee County Bar Association, and has been the Executive Director for the Calusa Inn of Court group since 2001. She has also previously served on the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball Committee and currently serves as President of the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.

Responsibilities:

Oversees the firm’s operating activities for three offices including revenue and growth, expense, costs and profitability, human resources, information technology, office services and facilities. She is also responsible for the firm’s Financial Management, maintains custody, control and supervision of partnership financial books, payroll and records; maintains the firm insurance, prepares management reports and supervises all accounting functions and systems.
