Frank A. Pavese, Sr., Founding Partner of Pavese Law Firm in 1949. Mr. Pavese grew up in Fort Myers, Florida where his wife, Marlene and he raised five children. Mr. Pavese served as an elected Lee County Prosecutor and as a Lee County Attorney. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Pavese served honorably in combat as a U.S. soldier during World War II.
The focus of Mr. Pavese’s practice was extensive eminent domain proceedings, both for governmental units and private individuals, real estate transactions, general civil litigation, real property litigation, and probate and estate planning. Over the years, Mr. Pavese treated every client as if they were our most important client.
On June 2, 2015, Mr. Pavese was honored by the Board of County Commissioners in a proclamation declaring June 2nd as Frank A. Pavese, Sr. Day in Lee County. This designation is a tribute to the honorable life of Frank A. Pavese, Sr. and his many contributions to our community.
Mr. Harrison had been a member of the firm since 1973. Prior to joining Pavese Law Firm, Mr. Harrison was a captain in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the U.S. Army for four years.
The focus of his practice was commercial and condominium litigation, personal injury, products liability and insurance law representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He is currently a Certified Circuit Court Mediator with an active mediation practice.
Stephen E. Dalton – Retired December, 2012
Mr. Dalton had been a member of the firm since 1969. His practice was concentrated in areas of real estate finance and eminent domain. Mr. Dalton practiced eminent domain for more than 37 years, handling regionally significant cases, including the property that became Daniels Parkway and Regional Southwest Airport.
He is the co-author of an article for the University of Florida Law Review entitled “Allocation of Property Interest in Air Space.”
As a result of his dedication and success on behalf of his clients, Mr. Dalton was recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer.
Peter J. Gravina – Retired December, 2014
Mr. Gravina had been a member of the firm since 1978. He practiced in the areas of real property law, corporate, business and probate. He had extensive experience handling real estate transactions for individuals and commercial enterprises. His commercial experience included representing large developers in buying and selling of large tracts of land for future development, serving as an integral member of the business transaction team. Mr. Gravina gained the distinction of being the first in Lee County to be a Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer, by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
As a result of his dedication and success on behalf of his clients, Mr. Gravina was recognized by his peers both as a Super Lawyer and a Legal Elite.
Michael A. Gennaro – Retired December, 2015
Mr. Gennaro had been a member of the firm since 1977. He practiced in the areas of real property law, Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration, Guardianship, Landlord and Tenant Law, and Business and Corporate Law. He is a member and past president of the Cape Coral Gold Coast Rotary Club and has served on many community service boards and coached youth sports teams.
