Susan M. Galbraith

Susan Galbraith joined Pavese Law Firm in 2013 as the Firm Administrator, bringing decades of legal experience. Throughout Ms. Galbraith’s extensive career, she has served in several prominent roles for law firms and also with a commercial real estate brokerage company in the Fort Myers area. Previously, she was the Firm Administrator for another local law firm, managing the facilities, technology, and human resources matters. Her other previous positions have included Chief Operating Officer, Support Services Manager, and IT Director.

At Pavese Law, Ms. Galbraith oversees the firm’s operating activities for three offices, including revenue and growth, costs and profitability, human resources, information technology, office services, and facilities. She is responsible for the firm’s financial management, maintaining custody, control, and supervision of partnership financial books, payroll records, and business insurance. She produces management reports and supervises the accounting functions and operational systems.

Active in the legal profession, Ms. Galbraith previously served as President and is currently the Secretary of the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators and has been the Executive Director for Calusa Inn of Court since 2001.

As a lifelong resident, Ms. Galbraith strongly connects with the community. She previously served on the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball Committee, volunteers with the Lee County Bar Association, and fulfilled a Chair role with the Continuing Education Committee of the Florida Association of Legal Secretaries.

Outside the office, her hobbies and interests are cooking, entertaining, gardening, and her three beloved felines.
