Welcome. Pavese Law Firm of Southwest, FL has a long history of service to clients and the community, and we look forward to providing our clients with legal services for many years to come.
“What started as a one-man general practice when I opened a Fort Myers office back in 1949 has grown into a diverse firm of more than 22 professionals in 3 offices throughout Southwest Florida. Our attorneys practice in every major area of the law. Many have been with the firm for decades. From the beginning, our best form of advertising has been through satisfied clients telling others about us. I guess you could say we advertise by representing clients to the very best of our abilities. We treat every client as if they were our most important client, because they are.”
Founding Partner, Frank A. Pavese, Sr. (Retired)
With our years of experience serving Southwest Florida, our firm has become well known for having a hand in helping shape the growth of the region and has participated in the substantial growth of Southwest Florida. We were pioneers in applying the law to preserve state lands. We were the legal professionals behind many infrastructure projects that transformed Southwest Florida into a thriving region, from the building of major roads and bridges, to initiating Lee County’s water and sewer systems. We are very proud of how our firm continues to participate in large regional projects as well as serving individuals, families, small businesses and large corporations.
Firm members have been active in the creation of Florida Gulf Coast University, which opened in Fort Myers in the Fall of 1997, the founding of the Business Development Corporation and the Economic Development Coalition and many community service projects. Through the decades, the firm has been committed to serving the community and rising to meet the legal needs of this dynamic region. By focusing on growth and providing high quality legal service dedicated to meeting the needs of its clients, Pavese Law Firm has become one of the largest legal practices in Southwest Florida.
