Andre R. Eaton joined Pavese Law Firm in 2025 focusing his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, real estate development, business law, estate planning, and probate and trust administration.

Mr. Eaton earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences, graduating cum laude from the University of South Carolina, and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law. During law school, he served as Vice President of both the Real Estate Law Society and the Republican National Lawyers Association chapter. He was also the recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Fiduciary Administration.

A native of Southwest Florida, Mr. Eaton was raised in Naples, where he developed a deep appreciation for the community and its distinctive real estate and business environment. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time—activities that reflect his strong connection to the region’s natural landscape and way of life.
