In this role, you will be supporting our litigation and community association attorneys by managing documents, coordinating schedules, communicating with clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep attorneys organized by managing calendars, meetings, and critical deadlines.
  • Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and governing documents.
  • Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other attorneys.
  • Organize and maintain client files and case materials.
  • Conduct online research and navigate state and county websites.
  • Process correspondence, file openings/closings, and perform conflict checks.
  • Support daily operations with general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of legal assistant experience in civil litigation and community association law preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (On-Site)
