Our land use attorneys help maintain and enhance the value of farmland by achieving beneficial planning and legislative changes and by staying apprised of local planning efforts in order to alert our clients to changes that can adversely affect their lands.

We also provide representation to agricultural landowners receiving unfavorable treatment by their local property appraiser under Florida’s Greenbelt laws and we have a great deal of familiarity in working with Florida’s Rural Lands Stewardship Area Program to protect the rich cultural heritage of agricultural lands.
