FORT MYERS, Fla. (January 16, 2026) – Pavese Law Firm is pleased to announce that Erin Casey has been named a Partner of the firm.

Ms. Casey joined Pavese Law Firm in 2022 and focuses her practice on civil and business litigation, including matters involving condominium and homeowners’ associations, real estate, and environmental law. She brings more than 20 years of combined criminal and civil litigation experience, including extensive trial and arbitration work.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Casey served for 13 years as an Assistant Public Defender, handling more than 50 trials and numerous evidentiary hearings. Her depth of experience and strong courtroom skills have been instrumental to her success at the firm.
