Alternative Dispute Resolution April 28 at The Ins and Outs of Community Association Law 2017
Attorney Susan McLaughlin will discuss Alternative Dispute Resolution during The Ins and Outs of Community Association Law 2017, presented by the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. The seminar will take place from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 28 at Stetson Law School, located at 1700 N. McLaughlin’s practice area is focused on condominium and homeowners’ association law, and includes assisting clients with rule enforcement, discrimination charges, insurance claims, breach of contract, and all manner of dispute resolution. McLaughlin is a former arbitrator, mediator, facilitator, and judge pro tem with the Philadelphia Common Pleas Court; former President of the Worker’s Compensation Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association; former faculty member, course planner, and lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute; and has presented seminars and published on numerous legal topics.
This seminar qualifies for seven hours of continuing education credits for condominium and planned development law and real estate. Registration for in-person attendance is available for $250 for members of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, $310 for non-section members and $193 for college faculty or law students.
