John M. Liptak joined Pavese Law Firm in 2025 focusing his practice in the areas of construction law, real estate, civil litigation, and represents condominium and homeowners’ associations in a broad spectrum of legal matters.
With extensive experience in complex litigation, John previously practiced at McDonald Toole Richmond and Correnti, P.A., as well as Cole, Scott, and Kissane, where he represented some of the largest corporations in both State and Federal Court.
His early legal career includes internships with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida, the State Attorney’s Offices for the 12th and 13th Judicial Circuits, and a judicial internship with the Honorable John Steele in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
John earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2022 and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida in 2018. During his time at Stetson University College of Law, John served as Vice President of the Federalist Society and was an active member of the Second Amendment Society.
Prior to pursuing his law degree, John worked at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, Florida, as a procurement representative, where he managed cost analysis, inventory management, and subcontracting plan approvals for government missile programs.
