Gulfshore Business Daily, July 18, 2014
Charles B. Capps, Partner at Pavese Law Firm, has earned his board certification in real estate law from The Florida Bar. Board certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the 24 areas of law approved for certification by the Supreme Court of Florida. According to the Florida Bar, 6 percent of eligible Florida Bar members, or approximately 4,600 lawyers, are board certified. Board-certified members of The Florida Bar are the only Florida attorneys allowed to identify themselves as “board certified,” “specialist,” “expert” or to use the letters “B.C.S.” for board certified specialist. Capps joined Pavese Law Firm in 2008 and became a partner in the firm in 2014. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and real estate from the University of Florida. Capps then went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, with a concentration in environmental and land use law.
