Attorneys William T. Haverfield II, Christopher J. Shields, Steven C. Hartsell, Neale Montgomery, and Frank A. Board Certified in Marital and Family Law, William Haverfield focuses on complex marital litigation including business valuations and real estate appraisal issues related to dissolution of marriage. He joined Pavese Law Firm in 1969 and served as managing partner from 1990 until 2011.
Christopher Shields is Florida Bar Board Certified in both Real Estate Law and Condominium and Planned Development Law. His primary area of focus is residential and commercial condominium, cooperative and homeowners’ association law, and provides legal counsel to developers, builders, community associations and lenders throughout Southwest Florida. He joined Pavese Law Firm in 1984 and became a partner in 1990.
Steve Hartsell is Florida Bar Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law. He concentrates his practice in zoning, land use and development law as well as local government administrative law matters, representing clients before city and county commissions, councils and boards in hearings throughout Southwest Florida. Hartsell joined Pavese Law Firm in 1986 and became a partner in the firm in 1990.
Neale Montgomery’s practice areas are land use, local government, environmental, water and real estate law. She is involved with real estate development and permitting issues at the local, regional, state and federal level. Montgomery joined Pavese Law Firm in 1986 and became a partner in 1991.
In addition to Real Estate Law, Frank Pavese concentrates his practice in most aspects of civil litigation, with emphasis on construction matters, business and family disputes. He joined Pavese Law Firm in 1986 and became a partner in 1991.
