Neale Montgomery, partner at Pavese Law Firm (Pavese), focuses on land use, zoning and local government, environmental and water, and real estate law. She primarily handles real estate and environmental issues related to land development, including permitting at various governmental levels. Ms. Montgomery is a Florida Land Use Dispute Resolution Special Master and represents clients in administrative hearings before local and regional entities and the Division of Administrative Hearings.

Charles Mann is Florida Bar Board Certified in both Real Estate Law and Condominium and Planned Development Law. He is partner at Pavese representing local and national builders and developers in the acquisition and financing of raw land, negotiation of joint venture agreements, establishment of Chapter 190 Community Development Districts and the creation of property owner associations.

Charles Capps, co-managing partner of Pavese, is Florida Bar Board Certified in both Real Estate Law and Condominium and Planned Development Law. He represents and advises clients on a wide range of real estate law matters, including top national homebuilders, corporations, developers, community associations, non-profit organizations, contractors, lending institutions, and individuals.

Chené Thompson, co-managing partner of Pavese, focuses on litigation related to land use, zoning, condominium/homeowners’ association, and other real estate matters. She represents national home builders and local developers in land use, zoning, comprehensive plan challenges, and construction defect litigation. Ms. Thompson also handles business dispute litigation.

Michael Lehnert is a partner at Pavese in real estate law. He assists developers, property owners, and lenders with commercial and residential development, acquisition, financing, title, and leasing. Mr. Lehnert is President of the Southwest Florida Real Estate Council and a member of the Real Estate Investment Society.

Alexander Menendez is a partner at Pavese, focusing on community association law and commercial and residential transactions. He represents and advises homeowners, local businesses, developers, and national homebuilders on a range of real estate matters, from residential closings to commercial leases and land acquisitions.
