Neale Montgomery, partner at Pavese Law Firm (Pavese), focuses on land use, zoning and local government, environmental and water, and real estate law. She primarily handles real estate and environmental issues related to land development, including permitting at various governmental levels. Ms. Montgomery is a Florida Land Use Dispute Resolution Special Master and represents clients in administrative hearings before local and regional entities and the Division of Administrative Hearings.
Charles Mann is Florida Bar Board Certified in both Real Estate Law and Condominium and Planned Development Law. He is partner at Pavese representing local and national builders and developers in the acquisition and financing of raw land, negotiation of joint venture agreements, establishment of Chapter 190 Community Development Districts and the creation of property owner associations.
Charles Capps, co-managing partner of Pavese, is Florida Bar Board Certified in both Real Estate Law and Condominium and Planned Development Law.
