Pavese Law Firm Welcomes Attorney Brooke Fisher
FORT MYERS, Fla. (Nov. 26, 2024) – Pavese Law Firm, one of Florida’s oldest and most influential firms, is pleased to announce that attorney Brooke N. Fisher has rejoined the firm after being with the firm from 2005 – 2019. Before returning to the Pavese Law Firm, Brooke was a partner and owner of Fisher Law Office, PLLC. She has been practicing law in southwest Florida for 19 years.
Ms. Fisher’s practice focuses on representing community associations as general counsel. In particular, she helps communities with governing document interpretation and revisions, covenant enforcement, collection matters, lien foreclosures, and handling vendor contracts. Her experience also includes civil litigation, focusing on real estate and community association litigation. She is a ‘double gator,’ having attended the University of Florida to obtain her undergraduate and law school degrees.
Ms. Fisher is a member of The Florida Bar and Lee County Bar Association, past President of the Lee County Association of Women Lawyers, and past President-Elect of the Junior League of Fort Myers.
