The State of Emergency 21-94, Extension of Executive Order 20-COVID-19 Was Not Extended
State of Emergency 21-94, Extension of Executive Order 20-COVID-19, was issued on April 27, 2021 for a 60 day period. The State of Emergency for COVID-19 was not extended and has now expired, so the 90 day clock for filing for State of Emergency time extensions on development orders is ticking.
