Brooke Fisher rejoined Pavese Law Firm in 2024 after being with the firm from 2005 – 2019. Prior to returning to the Pavese Law Firm, Brooke and her husband, Pete, were partners and owners of Fisher Law Office, PLLC. She has been practicing law in southwest Florida for 19 years.
Ms. Fisher’s practice focuses on representing community associations as general counsel. In particular, she helps communities with governing document interpretation and revisions, covenant enforcement, collection matters, lien foreclosures and handling vendor contracts. Her experience also includes civil litigation, focusing on real estate and community association litigation. She is a “double gator,” having attended the University of Florida to obtain both her undergraduate and law school degrees.
Ms. Fisher is a member of The Florida Bar and Lee County Bar Association, past President of the Lee County Association of Women Lawyers, and past President-Elect of the Junior League of Fort Myers. She grew up in the Emerald Coast region of Northwest Florida in the military town of Niceville. In her free time, Ms. Fisher loves spending time with her family, particularly when they are boating or traveling.
