Vanessa Fernandez joined Pavese Law Firm in 2019. She primarily focuses her practice in the areas of Real Estate; and Condominium and Homeowners’ Association Law.
Ms. Fernandez graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University magna cum laude in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. While attending FGCU she worked locally as a court reporter. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with a Certificate in Environmental, Land Use, and Real Estate Law in 2019. While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Fernandez studied abroad in Costa Rica, interned for a local law firm, and worked as a research assistant in the area of Agricultural Law. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2019.
